How to Return (part of) my Order?

Submit Return

Follow the steps below to process your return:

Step 1

1. Submit

Click on the link below to submit your return.

Step 2

2. Pack

Pack your items. Remember to remove the old shipping label.

Step 3

3. Ship

You can do this at a drop-off point near you. This will be further explained on your return label.

Step 4

4. Refund

After receiving it in our warehouse, the amount will be refunded within a few working days.

PLEASE CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING POINTS WHEN RETURNING AN ITEM:

  1. You are responsible for your return shipment. You can insure your package for €1.99.
  2. Keep the item in its original packaging.
  3. Keep all labels and tags attached to the item.
  4. Place the item in a box or sturdy packaging.
  5. Place the return label you receive in the return portal clearly visible on the box.
