- BALR. products are produced to professional standards and in consideration of the product. Our proven and reliable design and manufacturing techniques ensure that we provide our clients with high quality garments that have excellent properties.
- All BALR. products meet our quality and fit standards and are tested on tearing, pulling, and snagging. In cooperation with external laboratories, we test our garments to ensure our collections meet the latest legal, chemical and safety standards.

- For all customers, all BALR. products come with a six (6) months additional service warranty. Under this voluntary warranty policy, BALR. will replace those items that have been accepted as faulty by the Customer Service Team in accordance with the terms and conditions described below.
- If BALR. has accepted claims in accordance with the terms and conditions of this warranty, and if these claims are made within six (6) months from the date of ordering, the item(s) will be replaced without charging any cost to the customer including shipping costs.
